I have taken annual maintenance contract from Eureka Forbes for water purifier, as per contract company is bound to replace following items but they are not helping with the replacement of items even after number of reminders and follow-ups. 1)Need urgent replacement of items as per contract 2) Need compensation for the charges of GAS cylinder use and manual efforts 3) If required parts are not available with company, need upgraded model from company
