I am using idea No 9911791xxx in which i have 1 gb data plan. I have been charged with Rs 414 (368.45 + Service tax rs 45.50) as extra GPRS charges in the bill of June month. I normally got a msg from idea when ever my limit of GPRS reaches 800 MB for maximum data used and i stop using my data connection. I have never exceed my limit in any bill in last 3 years. When i made a complaint about it to the company call centre person said whatever we charged is correct and you will have to pay it. data charges has been charged at 7.18 AM but i usually switch on my mobile after 8 in the morning and at 2G speed it is not possible to use such higher data download in short time, it takes many hours to download 100 MB+ data . I asked company person that i have got no information about excess data use and my phone was switch off during that time then they refused to take my words and force me that i will need to pay it.

I want that company waive off excess data charges and never charge excess payment in future as well. also i suggest that my data connection must be off by the company when limit exceed as in other services like cable TV or data connection.
