I Visited North East in May 2014. During this Visit I also Planned to visit Gangtok and Darjeeling with my relatives. When I reached NJP station, a local guy took me to 2-3 travel agents who offered me different packages. One of these was Sikkim Travels who offered me to visit both places in 3 days for a package of 45000 for 20 relatives accompanying me. In the Gangtok tour he offered me a visit to 10 view points on day 1 and Tsongmo lake & baba Harbhajan temple on day 2. Whereas in the actual plan, which he forwarded to the hotel manager in a sealed envelop with me only, he make it only 4 points on day 1 and T-Lake only on day 2. When we reached the hotel double rooms were booked in place of quadruple rooms.On 2nd day when after returning we asked the Hotel Manager about the Baba Temple he told that this is what our plan is and the Sikkim Travel agent has make our plan like this only. After a debate when he showed us the package agent made for us for Hotel management we have to believe that there was a cheat with us in making and explaining the package. On this we opened the Darjeeling package and similar bluff was there also i.e. 3+1 visiting spots in place of 7 spots as explained. We tried to call his no but it failed and we returned as we did not find this worthy giving a try to Darjeeling due to the hotel and tour package.

1. Full package Money to be returned. 2. Around additional 20000 was spent by us in the tour for train travel(Guwahati-NJP), food and other necessities, this should be reimbursed. 3. We all travelled from Rajasthan to North east and hence this caused a wastage of whole tour. The amount invested to travel for all should also be compensated. Around 120000. 4.Compensation for mental and physical harassment. At least equal to what we have spent in tour. 5. Apology letter for the bluff.
