my mobile number is 9948318xxx which is lifetime postpaid connection of idea. since 2 months they are charging sms charges as gamepind20. i have not subscribed for the gamepind20 service. i dont know why they have activated the gamepind and why they are charging like this. i have been making complaints to customerservice idea but no response from them. i dont know what is gamepind. simply they are charging without customer notice. they are looting the customers by charging without any requests. the service part of idea cellular is very worst. the charges have to be reversed as there is no request for activating gamepind from my side. n s sudhakar one of the victim of idea cellular
