i have been using this number from idea from last four years. from last one year onwards i am using inter nation calling facility to USA. from aug 29th onwards international calling facility was barred and complaint was not being redressed and demanding to deposit 1000/- which they are not explaining under what TRAI regulation it is applied. they only said this facility wil be extended after i deposit the amount. My question is how come they gave this facility to me from last one year ans what is the rational to deposit 1000/- while my bill in entire last year not crossed 1000/- not even once. please sort out the issue, as i approached u as last measure to deal with this dictatorship mentality of the operator.
