Dear Sir, I am having Idea Phone No.9370146xxxx,I have Rs.599 plan activated with Rs.250 under I plan for 3 G ,1 Gb data for internet,I am using this postpaid no.with idea since 10 months.They used to send me sms for internet usage since 9 months suddenly they stopped sending me sms for internet usage without any prior notice and over usage of internet bill for 0.93 Gb as they are claiming Rs.2121.03.This is total injustice from their part as it is there mistake of not sending sms for internet usage and for Just value less than Rs.250 for 1 Gb ,they should demand Rs.232.50 and give me waver of Rs1888.53.They cannot charge meas per kb charges for their mistake why should I should suffer? 1) This a common practice of all the mobile companies these days for all the postpaid customers to take 8 times bill for internet usage as per kb charges and like this they are looting crores of Rupees from Indian Consumer. 20 I don’t understand why Govt is allowing them to charge of 2 paisa for 10 kb i.e.Rs.2000 for 1Gb instead for Rs.250 and now I heard that this charge is increased to 4 paisa for 10 kb i.e. Rs.4000 for 1 Gb from 19 th July on wards.i.e.16 times higher. 30 This way Govt is favoring Mobile companies,helping them to loot crores of Rupees from Indian Consumer.Please give Justice to all Indian Mobile consumers by not charging them 16 times more than the market price. The kb charges should be as per market rate of Rs.250 per per 1 Gb.Mobile companies are not giving platinum service by charging 16 times to Our consumers. 3) I shall be sending this complaint to PMO office also.
