Dialled 121111 to know my special offers. Got an offer over IVRS that 1 GB data free on recharge of ?58 that day for 30 days. Just after disconnecting the call got a sms with that very offer written. I kept the sms and recharged that day itself but could not avail the extra benefits instead got the normal benefit of 300MB with only 12 days validity. I called 198 but they denied I have got any such sms. Gave me an address of IDEA STORE where on pressuring they registered a complaint SR 1-41730098693. But ultimately replied problem coud not be resolved as I am not eligible for the offer! Still I have that offer sms.

I want the full benefit of that recharge and assurance of no further harrasment by them. And my bus fares also!!
