Missed Call service is activated on my Idea Contact no 9302796677 while I am not getting missed call alert sms from the long period of time april/may 2013 and I requested to idea customer service many time but there is no response in my favour. request reference no is 644639673 was logged in Nov and 3799763668was logged in July

as I am associated with well know Multi national company Hindustan Unilever Ltd which hold huge turnover in terms of business which is being affected on day to day service and another side on my personal work as well. approximate loss on business and personal is around 40,00,000/INR

n terms of my personal loss as our organization have plan Performance Reward Pay but I am missing that pay since last four/five month which is approx. 60,000/INR
