I have purchased dell laptop before 10 months ago now it’s speakers are not working. i complained so many time now they are making me fool that you have used third party softwares so we can’t replace your speakers. at the time of purchase they didn’t inform me to use for softwares now they have so many conditions and they don’t mentioned in their user manual these types of instructions. so what can i do now. i think they are using low quality spare parts.

i just want to replace my speakers as soon as possible because it’s warrenty last date is mid of november 2013.
