i bought a pair of new shoes from reliance footprint on 7th of oct and after wearing it once it got torn away. when i went to complaint about it, i was told that it can only be repaired and nothing else can be done.this can also be done by a roadside shoemaker so what is the difference between him and a company like reliance ?
