Idea Cellular is deducting money from my main balance even after deactivating the sms pack.I talked to CCE and they told me a number for deactivating the sms pack but that number renewed my sms pack. Customer Care Executive accepted their fault and assured me to refund the balance but till today i haven’t received the balance.Now i am planning to file a complaint in consumer forum if idea cant do anything in this.
