The national do not call registry of India is a sham. I have been registered since 2007. yet I keep receiving SMS & calls. when you complain, it stops for a while, but again starts with full force. sending SMS with required code to 1909 returns with error message reg wrong keywords, while the codes submitted are always correct, as described in NDNC website. service providers always shirk the responsibility & we have no way of proving that the sent complaint SMS was right since they will not check your outbox to verify.
