Dear Sir My name is Govind Kumar. I was leaving in Delhi. I belong to Patna and I took transfer from Patna to Delhi. My mobile number 9555578xxx (Idea connection) is very old. I requested to Idea company to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid. Initially they told we will do it and took 100 Rs. from me for the charge and given me a new SIM. Now they are not migrate it from last 4 months. I told him if he not migrate it then I will not pay my bill. Now they are file a case against me with Rs. 28000 as a panalty. They are physically and mentally harassed me. Please advice what need to do.
