On date 25 i receive sms that my net usage exceeds some limit . i called customer care about that & warned them not to activate or use net of my sim no 98247 – 50xxx . i have recording of that. i am using unlimited net from vodaphone. even thogh my warning customer care person said me that no net activation on my phone. no sms of this kind they send. after that i charged 24-25-26 the October for net . i assure you that i have not used net . idea started it own & stopped it own .idea charged me of net rs 650 . i objected then madem malviya from no 97239-05xxx offered to waive 400 rs which i refused. do needful . these people are looting billing consumer. thanks.
i want complete waiver of net usage of rs 650 .
