Dear Sir This is to inform that I am using an Idea Number 9015241xxx. I have requested International Roaming activation at my number (Req. No.- C1-24048571655 & C1-24048571938) in the morning of 4th Jun 2014. At that moment, I was told that this service will be activated within 11 hrs. I asked them about security deposit or any other fee requirement but I got a reply that being a Privileged customer of Idea, I need not require security deposit. I also informed them that I had an early morning flight for USA on next day and I wish my service activation before that and the response was in positive. From the airport, I called their customer care to know the status of my request. I was informed that the request is under process and will be activated soon. However the same was not activated even after 2 days. I sent an email to them but there was no response. I again called them on 9th June to know the status of without any successful response. The person on the other end suggested me to register a fresh request for this purpose (Req. No.- C1-24453137391). I did it again but there was no success and the service has not been activated even today. On June 12, I received two emails from Idea. in first email it was stated to pay security deposit + ISD facility charges (even knowing that I am in USA). In second email, it was stated to just ignore the previous message but they have not informed me anything about my request status and when will it be activated. I again called them on June 15, June 16, June 20, June 23 and June 26 but I got the same response that they are forwarding my request to their back-end team and it would be done in next 24-48 hours.

I want a strict action against Idea. Further I need a compensation of atleast Rs 1,00,000- for not taking any action on my request.
