Dear Sir/madam, this is to inform you that, i have recharge amount of Rs.30 through oneline recharge as on 19.8.2013 latest by 4.30PM but after deduction in my account also they peoples r not yet recharge to my cell, this is transacton number is MSBI30806912181GL1859247 transfer to 3199583162094 even after calling to custmer care they peoples r not responding properly, realy we are fedup about the service of IDEA, they peoples r cheating to custmers, kindly stop such type of inconvience to peoles.

I want my money as soon as possible i need compansation from idea cellular company , i got an loss in business of Rs.5000 due to promblem in communiting with peoples at right time .
