Idea – Not Stopping My Blackberry Service

I have this Idea No +91 8689 877775 which was registered under my wife name Farzana N. Shaikh. and i have been using same from last 2 years. I have been using Blackberry service 399 plan for my official use but now i have switch to Samsung smart phone and wanted to discontinue my BB Service on the same. So on 26th Nov ‘2013 i called on Idea Blackberry Customer Care No. 1800 270 1234 and spoke to a call center executive salma (Might be Tele Calling Name) on 11:43am, Firstly she told me that she’ll take down a request for discontinuing BB service but their after she told me I have to wait till 29th Nov ‘2013 reason being is system migration which is none of my concern as a customer if i don’t want any service i can discontinue any point of time why should i wait and pay a rental for a service which is of no longer required. After which i requested her to transfer call to group head or a senior person on floor in order to have solution for my simple request & so called a problem. But she put me on hold and came back with a feedback that her senior or immediate superior is saying the same thing, don’t even bother to lift the call and request the customer and make him understand the glitch.

Waiver of Blackberry Service Rental from 26th Nov ’13 till date i.e.,3rd Dec’13 and a apology mail or letter addressing the issue from a Senior Management.
