Dear sir/madam my self mahesh bitla i am using the idea prepaid no is 9948436436. i got an offer 145/300 full talk time in 12-10-13.then i was recharged my mobile number with RS 145 on the same day. but i did’t recive full talk time. i got only Rs 126.05 then i Called to idea cutomer care centre they said your amount will credit in 3 hours.but i was not received that amount. again next day i called customer care then they told me ‘you don’t have this offer, but will check and clear your problem”. again next day i called to customer care, in that time i was put my call in conference with idea special offer IVR (12111). then customer care executive was told me my balance will credit in 48 hours. now today 19-10-2013 i ask again customer care executive for my Balance, now he is telling that i don’t have any offers like that and that was a Technical problem.they don’t do anything for balance. since my problem resists i was called 6 times to customer care. but each time they was told me different story’s and did not clear my problem. please do need full sir.

i want my full talk time and rectify their technical issues. in my area people don’t know how to ask this type of issue.please don’t repeat this type of offers ..
