Transaction of Rs.6999.00 made on SBI Credit Card **3444 at CACHEMERCHANTILE COM on 12 Dec 2012. It resulted in blockage of my credit cards with SBI and damaging my CIBIL rating which is hampering my credit records for the loans relating to my Business. Want to have it reversed as confirmed by a representative over the phone and my credit cards be re-instated.

The RBI Rules for Fraudulent Credit Card Transactions are not followed by the Bank as the Onus lies on the Bank to prove that it is indeed the customer that has done this transaction. But you know how lethargic the SBI is.
