This is to inform you that Ms.IDEA cellular has changing their PLANS for prepaid connection without any prior information to the consumers and activating the VAS services without any authorization from the consumer and with the interaction to IDEA customer care executive has not given good manner and any kind of usable response to the consumer due to affluent concern and holed the line for more than 15 minutes to wasted my time….
This is an unfair trade practice and respectfully submits that the forum should award exceptional causes accrued with the remedy of Rs:50,000/-
