Dear Sir/Madam, I have got one call from idea for converting my prepaid mobile no. in to postpaid. person from idea company told me about 249 plan. He said about 450 free call and 1 gb internet data plus remained data of 2 bg of prepaid would be give to me on my no 9540892744. But Idea company has charged me for extra data other then 1 gb and turn off my outgoing service. In prepaid connection my average bill of month was hardly around 500 rs. but idea has send me bill of more than 2000 rs in post connection. I can not deposit bill. please do needful action against fraud work of this company.

I want job instead of money.I am unable to deposit 2000 rs. bill, these should not be taken from me.
