Idea Post-Paid Faulty Billing Not Rectified

I am an Idea cellular postpaid customer using i999 plan under which I am entitled to 1080 mins of free roaming outgoing calls (free airtime in company’s own words) and 3105 MB 3g data. Over the last two months company has been giving me faulty bill which shows my free airtime as just 480 mins against 1080 mins and I am charged for the rest of the calls. The company has also assured me through mails as well as over calls from executives that they have activated Rs.75 booster pack which gives me free incoming calls on roaming. I found out that I am charged for incoming calls, I enquired with them and they said incoming roaming pack is not available for iplan users.

I have made complaint regarding the same to the company which offered to ensure roaming pack correction along with plan benefits and billing re-rating and that refund would get reflected in next bill dated 15th Feb’15. The bill also shows the same mistake of billing me on the basis of just 480 mins free airtime. Eventhough the complaints have been made in advance so that I could pay the bill in time, the company deliberately delays the resolution process and responds after payment due date. 1. the customer is being forced by the company executives to pay the faulty bill with rude and unsavoury phone calls 2. the customer has to pay the late fine for no fault of mine, but the company’s mindless and unprofessional disregard for the client’s rights. Every month I have to make a complaint to the idea team and I am being charged atleast Rs. 1000 in excess every month

one refund of the amount taken for activating incoming roaming pack. Refund all the excess amount they have charged me. Ensure I get all the plan benefits an i999 plan user should get. i want proper bills every month. Refund the fine I am forced to pay, by the company because delay in bill payment is solely because the company has been issuing me faulty bills and they are not resolving it even after I have complained to the company as soon as I got the bills.
