Dear Sir, this is to inform you that i was using idea cellular number – 9582638172 in East Delhi and 3 months back i asked them to close the number as i wanted to discontinue the services. They did not close the number and kept on charging monthly rent for 2 months. now they are asking for money and when i said that only one month must be charged instead of 3 months and i wont pay unnecessary 3 months rental they started abusing me and threatening me. Infact, they are calling my relatives, colleagues and friends and threatening them and using abusive language even to the females. Every hour i am getting threatening calls. please do take care of the matter.I am in deep tension and could not focus on my work. if anything happens to me then idea management should ne held responsible for that.
