Idea Post-Paid Service – Overcharging Bills

I had a query regarding bill clarification for duration January 2015. On date 11.02.2015 i was told that an amount of about INR 735 will be waived off due to wrong adjustment of GPRS charges in the bill. but only INR 440 are waived off. I need clarification on this cheating by Idea cellular company.

This time also bill for month feb has the same problem as it had in last bill. An extra amount of INR 765.24 is added to the bill which attracts clarification same is the case as last Month. I always check data left on code *121*44#. Last time also Idea Customer Care was suggested to check services of code *121*44# if it provides wrong information, rectification of it”s services is obviously Idea”s concern. I have sent an email to Idea Customer Care regarding same issue but I have not been contacted. Last time also I had to fight with the Customer Care to get waiver, I don”t want to fight every time for the same problem. I”m not going to pay this bill till I get clarification. Now I would like to take you this case and resolve the issue, I want Correct waiver and Compensation to the problem caused to me

I demand Waiver of Rupees 1070.00 from bill and Compensation to problem caused Rs. 5000.00 only.
