National Insurance Delay in Claim Settlement

I own a fiat linea Reg no KL 02 AF 1836 insured with National Insurance TVM branch with policy no 570201/31/14/6100005568. On December 11, 2014 my vehicle met with an accident I contacted TVM branch for repair of my vehicle under insurance coverage. Since my native is Kollam & there is a Fiat Showroom nearby I dropped my vehicle at Daiwik Fiat Kollam for accident repair.So the TVM branch informed to contact their Kollam office for further survey of my vehicle. After survey from Kollam branch my vehicle got repaired and all documents was submitted to Kollam branch on 16.01.2015 for further processing of claim. They verified all documents and informed that since the policy was taken from TVM branch the payment will be processed from TVM and they will send all related documents to TVM branch for processing and further I have to contact TVM branch for payment.

After 2 weeks I contacted TVM branch to enquire about the status of my claim and they informed that 3 documents are missing in the received documents from Kollam (Driver Licence Copy, Vehicle RC Copy & Account Details) & told me to resubmit these documents again to Kollam for forwarding. Please note that all these documents are given to Kollam branch by my father with a cancelled cheque for account details. I again submitted driving license copy & RC Book Copy at Kollam branch and sent signed voucher with cancelled cheque to TVM branch through mail. Today (02.03.2015) I again contacted TVM branch for the status & they are telling still they didn’t received all documents. I don’t know what to do since I am an expatriate and presently working in Saudi. My old father is the only person who is running behind this. He is an old person and having health issues. In spite of his health condition he gone 2 times to Kollam office to submit the missing documents & still they are playing some game.
