I purchased a SIM from a retailer on around 20th November 2013, I paid him & submitted all required documents, I follow up with him for 10 days but my SIM is not activated till now. I tried contacting Idea officials on twitter, they responded & promised to call me on this issue, but no one turned up. I am still waiting for my SIM to activate.

I want my number being activated with promised balance & for relief they must provide me extra talk time of Rs.1000
