Vodafone – wrong billing calculation care service not getting satisfactory results

Since many days I am constantly following up for itemized bill for my CUG connection. Today I got the last 2 months bill and I observed the same and found that as though it is a CUG network still my bill says I have been charged for the CUG to CUG connection calls. Why this type of errors are showing and I am not able to conclude whether the bills are authentic or not. I was in great trust on Vodafone services and that’s why I used to pay the bills without crosschecking the bills, but now I feel that I have been fraud by Vodafone services. Moreover I am also not receiving any of the itemized bill neither on mail nor as a hard copy at my address on monthly basis. Now I have lost trust on services and I want all the itemized bills from the start of my Vodafone connection. And I demand of full refund for all the errors that I have been charged since this much time. Also find the attached itemized bills that I have received today. Please refer to it. My Vodafone no.9033646xxx I am in touch with care service from last 10 days but not getting satisfactory results.

refund of all wrong charges and it should not happen with others. previously i was paying bill blindly putting trust on services but this time i found fraud.
