My no. Is 9822783xxx I was recharge amount of 124 3G plan which is shows in my offer *121#. But local shop who recharged wrong amount which is 224Rs. After he told mistakenly he recharge this amount.when check my balance nothing I get not a talk time or any other thing.local shopper get 124Rs to me.and Said to me I lost all the amount even he also lost his 100Rs. What ? ?? This is not my fault , why he don’t get my money or do anything. After I call your call centre Idea Care (which means idea careless). Person said to me i get complaint and said you get your balance amount in my account at midnight ( 12 am).which I don’t get yet. After I go to idea showroom they told I don’t get anything. And send to me your main office. They also not get anything. but they give me a no. 9921003345 Which is no pick up the phone. Finally I send this complaint. So please help me give me 224 talk time or give me my 3G plan.

Do anything whchi is right. Think give me my balance.
