Samsung mobile – fake bill issued by dealer and not accepting warranty

I bought my mobile on 12/11/2012. I gave it to service on 18/1/2014 and I told them I am not sure whether I have warranty or not and they gave me the invoice with full warranty. when I went to collect the product on 23/1/2014 I showed my bill and they verified and got my mobile back . Within half an hour they called me back saying that I submitted fake bill and they threatened me to de activate the IMEI number.When I checked the online service centre of samsung it showed me that warranty till 30/1/2014 and I argued with them they told me that they don’t have any relation with samsung online service and I am deeply hurt and I have gone through mental torture also. i have attached the samsung online service centre warranty date.

I want my product to be replaced and a defamation suit has to be filed against samsung and the Intouch service centre. and also the one crore rupees for the mental pressure I have gone through and the humilation.If possible all the complaints against samsung has to be investigated together with my complaint.
