At the time of connection, they suggested that security deposit will be refunded after 6 months but now 9 months have been passed and they are not given my security refund that is Rs. 500/-. I did several follow ups on the same but still they suggested that they will escalate this to higher management.

I have visited several time Idea Customer Care Centre and also logged complain many times over phone. Resulted wasting my time and increase mental pressure to me.

I would like my money back as soon as possible including interest of the delayed period.
