Tata Indicom broadband – disconecting without intimation of crossing the limit

Without any intimation of excess usage, our line subaschill@vsnl.net has been disconnected. Every month we have made advance payments, i.e. though the date of bill generation is 21st of each month, we make the payments in advance before 20th of the same month. We never expected this kind of service from tata communications, that too when we have been paying well in advance all these months. Their customer service kept on saying that we have made late payments every month and it took time for us to prove that we have paid in advance, every month, which was at last accepted. The 4th attachment shows that there was no intimation to our inbox as well. We have faced too many problems without the internet for the last 1 week, which was just because of this line disconnection. We don’t deny that there has been excess usage and we do not mind paying the same too. But as a principle, we will pay only after they give connection to our line because this has been disconnected without any intimation to us. If intimation would have been given to us, we would have definitely paid it earlier.
