Yatin Gupta, am a customer of IDEA company Mobile No. 9592567074,from a quite long time i was facing problems of getting unnecessary balance deduction, unwanted flash messages so i decided to get my number ported into Airtel from Idea. As per TRAI instructions i sent the Port message to 1900 by typing PORT 9592567074 a month back where i got a unique number by giving it to the Reliance i awaited for getting my number port but that was cancelled due to some reason which i haven’t got till now. last week back i again gave the request to get my No. Port to Airtel by same procedure which again got rejected. due to which 2 days back i called customer care where i came to know that before sending Port message i have to call customer care and to get permission to get port, which according to me is totally a harassment to the customer. Now today i got the permission as directed and again sent a PORT message and is already given to Airtel. now this is the last time i am following IDEA procedure and got the permission from idea for PORT. i wrote IDEA proper mails in which they replied that they havn’t got any such request till date.but i got a message after my UPC code message that my UPC code has been generated properly. I request you to help to let my number free from idea so that i can shift to Airtel.
