Dear Sir, I had purchased the idea sim card(9594859842) on 5th October from the above address. On the 8th of october the card got activated and i recharged with FRC 261(Data Plan) I got the confirmation message. But the service has not started till date. I called customer care around 5 times and then mail to the Nodal officer for the same but they are saying our system is not showing any recharged of FRC261. I fed up with them and hence reached to the Consumer forum. Please do the needful.

I want that service to get activated on my mobile number 9594859842.
