I had taken an IDEA SIM card of number 8682810xxx in February 2012 and was using it till 5 October 2014. I have lost that SIM card on 5th October 2014 and blocked the SIM by calling customer care for the reason of theft of Mobile on 6th October, 2014. That time customer IDEA customer care asked my name address, last recharge amount and told me that all are matching and they blocked the SIM card with immediate effect. They told that I will get same number SIM card from any IDEA care center. But when I went to customer care in Coimbatore, they told me that SIM card is of different name which I have never heard and they did not give me the same number SIM. They have interchanged documents when giving SIM. In bank in office everywhere I have given the mobile number. So as they are not giving the same number SIM I am suffering a lot of problems and also I am affraid that as they have given me SIM card by other persons document. Then thay had given SIM to other person by my document. So the SIM card which IDEA has given to other person from my document by their irresponsibility and negligence not being used by me.

I , Sudipan Sarkar, want to declare that I don’t have any other IDEA SIM card in my name. So if any IDEA SIM card issued by my name and ID proof, please take the original document from him ace. I am not agree to allow other people to use SIM card which was issued by my document.
