I have subscribed to this number 9542111189 with a plan named Idea Jumbo-899 from the mobile service provider ” Idea Cellular Limited ” . Under this plan I am offered 4000 National Minutes and 1000 Roaming minutes every month . In the month of August 2013 , I made a visit to Tamil Nadu (Theni , Kodaikanal and other places ) My total roaming minutes were less than 400 minutes or something , how ever Idea has charged me for the calls made while I was in Tamil Nadu in spite of my total roaming usage being way below my allotted 1000 roaming minutes . On 19th August 2013 , I made a call to Idea Customer Care at 9848012345 and even for this call they charge me Rs.0.50 for every 3 minutes . Mr.Shravan the Idea Cellular executive spoke to me at 09.33 hours and acknowledged that my total roaming minutes are less than 1000 minutes and that he will mail me a new invoice by 26th August 2013 . The service request number for this call is 148838523. How ever on 23rd August 2013 , I received a SMS from the “Idea Cellular Limited ” which is as follows : – Dear Customer , we are unable to process your requests refer 148838523. Please contact any of our touch points . In response to this sms , I again called the Idea Cellular Limited on 25th August 2013 and this time I was told that while I was in Tamil Nadu , I have selected Aircel Network and hence I am not eligible for the 1000 roaming minutes that are allotted to me as per my Idea Jumbo-899 plan . I requested the Idea executive to escalate the call to a Supervisor ,instead the executive gave me another request number 148952616 saying that their supervisor shall call me back . The fact is , I have not selected any network at all as my mobile is on Automatic Network Selection and further more, I wasn’t informed about this information while subscribing to Idea Jumbo-899 that I must manually select Idea Network and only then these I would be benefited with the 1000 roaming minutes . I am frequent visitor to Tamil Nadu and even before I subscribed to Idea Jumbo -899, I made several visits to Tamil Nadu with my another Idea number and I have always faced network problems with Idea the moment I enter Tamil Nadu and especially in Theni . Since 25th August 2013 I hardly received a call from the Supervisor , Idea Cellular Limited . Today i.e 02nd September 2013 I noticed that my National Mobile Calls have been barred and I called back Idea Cellular again and this time Mr.Srikanth escalated my call to a Supervisor named Haji . Mr.Haji was unable to help me out and was absolutely polite enough to lemme go ahead with the consumer forum and TRAI complaint.

I want my services to restored with the very same number . I want a minimum compensation of Rs.99,000 or more
