Idea website was down and posted the request them in advance that there site is down and is not bale to make the payment. There was no response from there team. When bill was generated they added the late fee. Called the customer care and raised the issue but still no action taken. Again they have added additional charges on the bill. Have to make extra payment to them due to there fault.
I need a refund from them for all the extra payment they have been charging. Its a regular practice this cellular service provider is doing. Will Idea cellular and Airtel even understand the meaning of 24/7 Online bill payments ?
