I have applied for idea cellular wifi internet connection and paid the amount 2700/- as 3 months subscription and installation. I hv got the request ID generated 0000007218. but neither User id got generated nor installation happaned. Concerned people are not responding to the calls. I am asking for refunding amount but no one is responding.

I request Idea Cellular Cutomer Care executives to immediately look into the problem and revert failing which I will goto the consumer court of law.
