Without any prior intimation/ information they have charged GPRS extra uses bill in my account for billing month Nov-2013-Mobile No.9925668111. Many time I talk with “Customer Care” and also visit at “Idea Store” but they are unable to resolve the issue. they just reply that their system was in updation that’s why this was happen. Please look into matter urgently because my outgoing was barred since 15 Days and they are going to barred my incoming also if i don’t pay the bill.

100% waiver of GPRS extra uses amount from bill.
