I have done this payment through credit card no. 4718610003648061 (visa). Reversible process is available for retailer customer but not available to online customer while other companies have the Reversible process for online customer also as TRAI rule. On 05 june idea has confirmed (Ticket SR Number : 1-45325603414) that they will deposit the amount with in 7 business days but till date no reversible has been done
