IFB & franchise – poor service and no response by company

We are facing issues with the service provided by IFB and its franchise Trinity enterprise which is very worst. From November 2013 we have raised many complaints (Complaint no: 12047557, 11867607, 12700453) with IFB regarding the same issue and the issue is not yet fixed. Whenever service agent comes he tells something and fix something collects the service changers and Fix the issue. Though the warranty is for 1 month for each complaint IFB Service agents never came back and fixed the issue even after repeated calls and complaints. Instead they insist to take insurance (Worth 2584/-) and bluffed that it will replace the parts with in two days of Insurance which never happened. It became part of our daily work to call IFB and request them to get it repaired and getting frustrated. My wife being pregnant and very week had to wash clothes from past three months and its adding pressure to her and her health is getting impacted which IFB is responsible.

This issue has seriously impacted to my wife health. Being pregnant she has additionally do these things every day expecting that it will be resolved. Not sure how many families are getting affected with such worst product and service provided by IFB. Need to ban IFB product until it gets proper functional good and service. IFB has to replace with a new/ functional fully automated washing machine and pay all the expenses which we have spent during the course of last six months.(Servent charges/Phone Bills/Service charges/Insurance Amount/Pay for the mental disturbance caused to my family)
