We have called to just dial to get me authorised service provider for ifb washing machine, through them we got one company calming ifb service centre. but company service person as cheated us, after delivering the machine we had a very bad experience with that company and for a movement we thought they are wrong persons. some how we have got the machine, but we got a bad experience from them. and after getting the machine again it is not working. please look into this issue and investigate the problem. please look into this matter and update us. thanks regards gunjan agarwal 9742111xxx

we had a very bad experience with the service person by getting bad words from him and tried to charge appropriately high price for service. we have paid all the services to him, after we got the machine its not working.
