Further to my earlier complaint no 60064/2/2013, IFB still doesn’t seems to have improved. Problem in the machine – got registered complaint# 12079599 dt 22nd Dec. Complaint closed without attending Repeat complaint No. 12117355 registered on 28th Dec. Had been following up continuously. not attended yet. Insisted to talk to seniors, call centre gave ph no 7838527515. Call was disconnected without resolution
