Name : Radhamohan Lahoti Airlines :Indigo Airlines Sector : Coimbatore – Hyderabad – Coimbatore PNR : G3BHRT Travel date : 11 Jan 2014 and return 16 Jan 2014 Ticket book online on 07.11.2013 via Airlines website. The flight timings were 8.40pm departure on 11 Jan 2014 Direct Flight to Hyderabad and return Journey time was 16 Jan 2014 6.30 am Direct to Coimbatore. Indigo cancelled this flight on 21 Nov 2013 which I learnt when I called their Call Centre on 28 Dec 2013 . No information was given to me that flight has been cancelled and my Itinerary has been changed for a day flight to Hyderabad via Mumbai wasting my whole day and the same for return. When I asked them why it was not informed to me earlier about this cancelled flight no reply was forthcoming. My only complaint is that if I was told earlier I could have made tickets with some other airlines and saved on money. The whole reason of my booking tickets in advance has been defeated. When I asked the same thing to the Call Centre executive Mr. Joginder Singh they expressed their inability to help me in this regard and were willing to give me Vouchers for Rs. 2000.00. I now have booked tickets thru Spice jet to meet my Business commitments and had to pay higher amount to buy the tickets. I request all to get me suitable compensation for the harassment due to Indigo Airlines. Rgds Radhamohan Lahoti

Need suitable monetary compensation and punishment for the the airlines officals so that no future passanger suffer this fate
