IFB COMPLAINT NO.14625927 Again ,Mr.Arminder visited today morning & checked for drum sound. He mentioned for belt replacement & assured to come with belt within 2 hours.But he did not turn up. Mr.Prabhat,Sr.Manager was contacted on his mobile no.9311683xxx,who also assured Arminder’s visit by evening. He did not visit. The services are highly unsatisfactory beside negative attitude of concerned service personnel Mr.Arminder,who should be changed to attending complaints in future .Please depute some better technician.he has always been creating problems besides his MIS behavior, careless /negative attitude .
