My IFB FULLY AUTOMATIC, 6 kg, front load washing machine has started burning clothes because of which valuable clothes of self & family are burnt & its a measurable Loss to me. I am not able to use the machine & in turn wash clothes since 3 weeks which is causing lot of inconvenience. I have contacted the customer care toll free number ie 1860-425-5678 & even ticket was generate (Ticket 11696036) on 21st october. In spite of this & my repetitive follow ups nobody has contacted me regarding the faulty IFB washing machine till date. I would seek your help to resolve the issue on priority & also seek compensation from IFB for the losses incurred due to malfunctioning of IFB washing machine.
