Respected Sir, I am from Nizampet, Hyderabad. I have purchased an IFB washing machine in March 2013. IFB claims the machine is under 100% warranty for 4 years. Recently we had experienced problem with the washing machine. Called service center on Sunday 22nd June, 2014 (service request number 13194xxx). The person named Basavayya attended for servicing on next day, 23rd evening (He was from M/s Surya services offering service) . He arranged a 3 way call with someone (who claimed from IFB customer care) and both parties said to pay the amount. I was not at home and my wife was alone at home so I have told her to pay amount and collect the bill to avoid further drama. After charging the amount, the service person also marked as one of the free service charge coupon as utilized. My complaint against M/S IFB they are cheating people by claiming that machine will be under 100% warranty for 4 years and still charging money for their services in warranty period. I want serious action to be taken against M/S IFB and their associate company for fooling people with the false claims. Thanks, Praveen
