Respected sir, with reference of above complain no.14369417. i my self janakray d. sonagara had complained about my IFB washing machine on nov. 1st week about making loud noise while spinning in machine. on 16th nov. your technician came and changed barring. but same day in the evening i load the machine at the time of spinning machine was making same noise. at that i called at jamnagar service station they replied that technician will come and solve problem. but till 27th nov. nobody came for servicing. then i called in main call center and talked with mr. shiva. he replied to solve problem in 24 hours. but till 4th DEC. nobody came. on 5th i talked with mr.durga rao customer care officer. he had also promised to solve problem in 24 hours.but till 8th dec. nobody came. again i called on 8th in the evening they replied to solve problem in 24 hours. on 9th dec. iqbal called me from jamnagar and told technician will in one or two days but till today no body came. i am your your old customer since last 8 years and we also use ifb’s another machine in my family. now i request to solve my pending pending complain as immediate as you as can. i am facing lots of hardship with this problem. because of nri guests and marriage season. concentrate on my complain and give me satisfied service. ur company. is well-known in our area. and we cant get regular and satisfied service now a days.it down your image in our area. please take care about it. so that in future we can’t face this type of rubbish service.
try to sort out problem as soon as possible,if possible pay me cost for alternate option of washing machine & mantel harassment
