Company – Paytm I had cancelled an order and the defective product was returned. However, the refund amount of Rs 3286 which Paytm says was initiated on 2014-11-12 is yet to be reflected in your bank account as on 2014-12-15. It has been more than 30 days now and despite repeated emails/communication there has been no concrete replies from them.
I just want my refund of Rs.3286 to be deposited in my bank account. The item has been long returned.
