I am using IFB washing machine, it is not working since 30/12/2014.Reported this matter to customer through phone no. 18604255678 and they registered with ID No.14600034. Till now no response from the company with repeated request.
Since the company is not providing the relief so I would like to terminate the Annual maintenance contract for which I paid Rs.4382/- through cheque no 000063 of BOB and the expenses occurred for alternate arrangement Rs. 4000/-
