I have lodged several complaints IFB for the faulty parys of my washing machine. I need the company to provide me with spare parts which i will pay for. First complaint was lodged one month back and in spite of several reminders there is no initiate from their end. Despite of informing them that we will file a complaint against them they refuse to provide service taking it as an empty threat.The following are the several complaint no.s given by them. 1) 14281140 2) 14354063 3) 10130541

The machine is not in working condition. Due to winter season in delhi we are unable to wash clothes and dry them since there is not much sunlight.
